This about redeeming yourself and finding out that differences in people are what makes them unique. Weather you are rich or poor you have to look past this to the real person inside. I enjoyed the art work and it being set in Italy was awesome. Also the characters growth is what made the story so warm and true to life. Given that the heroine and the baby worked their magic to change the hearts of the father and son. It was a very sweet story that should be read and enjoyed.

After a few pages, my tears started rolling non-stop. It's that Cinderella story that just doesn't get old. Makes you feel warm, humbled and so happy at the end of the story. I wish the story had been longer so we can know more about Magda's background and how she came about taking care of Benjie. The drawing is very good especially that of the cute boy Benji and the handsomeness of the character Rafaello was adeptly conveyed.

Rafaello Di Viscenti is an Italian millionaire and a very attractive man. He needs a "perfect wife" before his 30th birthday. Magda was cleaning when Rafaello suddenly showed up. He saw her with her 'child', Benji, but then Magda ran away. She escaped, but Rafaello found where she and Benjie were living. Then he suddenly asked her to marry him. It's a job that pays £10,000. They'll get divorced after 6 months. She didn't like the idea at first but she agreed for Benjie's sake. They moved to Italy, but after Rafaello introduced Magda as his wife to his father, he got so angry. He also told Magda, "...bottom of the barrel woman..." right into her face. Anyways, if you want to know how they fell in love and how Rafaello's father accepted their relationship as husband and wife, then you'll have to read this wonderful, fairy tale-like story. An amazing story plus Kazuko Fujita's amazing artwork, is worth the rating of 5 stars! I definitely recommend it!
