Okay, this is a surprisingly sweet story? Like, the characters each are kind of awful and have dubious morals and tragic backstories, but they're sweet on each other and help each other heal from their traumas. But it's still got comedy bits and good smut, it's not all hurt/comfort, lol. The art is pretty and the writing is interesting, I recommend giving this a read!!

Masterful story, guaranteed reread material. Who doesn't want their own personal demon, someone to commiserate the bad times and spicen up the boring times. Both Leo and Amane have sad backstories (TW for Ch.2 when we find out about Leo's past SA) and they are desperate to find anyone who accepts them and loves them back, even if it's as a friend. Somehow this story touches on so many triggering topics (there's even kidnapping and drugging) but it's so lighthearted and handled in a sweet and emotional way, it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. This was ended in the perfect way, and I didn't feel denied or cheated, but I will say I'd be the first in line if there's a sequel! Plus: I love characters with a little razzle dazzle. Leo has freckles and Amane has scars across his arms. Yum yum!
