The art is beautiful as expected of Shizuku Katsuragi. The story is meh. The female lead is insecure about her looks and abilities. And is constantly doubting the male lead and his intentions. The story felt like it was repeatedly being cut off and jumping from one conversation to the next. It was boring, and if it wasn't because of the art, I wouldn't have purchased it. Like most Harlequin novels, the female lead has no backbone, and the male lead is a jerk, and yet, somehow, they fall in love. If you want a really good Betty Neels and Shizuku Katsuragui story check out: Matilda's Wedding.

Don't waste your points with this one! The main lead is a complete and utter jerk. He tells the FL that he was mean to her, and forceful because he was jealous. So, he treated her like crap for 3/4 of the story, and then asks her to marry him. Ridiculous! No woman in her right mind would fall for a bully that constantly treats her like crap, and uses jealousy as an excuse.

The art is beautiful but, the story was all over the place. It was hard to follow, and the main couple never had a proper conversation. There was just a lot of inner dialogue and lots of misunderstandings that were never cleared, including who the assassin was. Save your money.

Waste of money. The story was all over the place. The characters were hard to like. The only redeeming quality was the artwork.

The only redeeming quality of this comic was its art. The plot was weak (ice cold, in my humble opinion) and there was very slow character development. A waste of money. Shame I can't get a refund. :(

Chi-Ran's art is breathtakingly beautiful! The story is lovely and it moved at a nice, easy pace. Plus, I loved both of the main characters.

Lots of assumptions, and many misunderstandings due to a lack of communication between them. While I found the art cute, the story was boring.

Loved the art by Shizuku Katsuragi! However, while the story started at a good pace, close to the end it felt rushed. I usually enjoy Betty Neels' stories but, this one felt like there was something missing. I would recommend trying "Matilda's Wedding" instead which is by the same author and artist and it was great from start to finish. Unlike this one.
