Agree with other reviewers. Tsukasa isn't really "mean" or sadistic. Does he like to tease? Yes. Is getting someone hot and bothered and then leaving a jerkish thing to do? Yes. But he's shown to feel bad about his behavior and worried that it will make Sakura hate him. I felt sorry for Kuniharu. He seemed to really love Sakura and I wouldn't have minded seeing them get together, especially considering that Tsukasa's reasoning for falling in love with Sakura didn't make any sense to me, unless the book is saying that Tsukasa fell in love with Sakura for his looks, just like Sakura fell in love with Tsukasa for his looks. At least they learned to accept and appreciate each other as people. A nice read but I've read quite a bit of yaoi and there are better stories.

I do love when the seme and uke trope is subverted and this story does it well. Itsumi's concern about not being seen as manly is unfortunately rather common in western society and you feel a little sorry for him that he feels he can't fully express himself. Seima of course, loves him precisely because of that softer side that he tries to hide. The explanation of how Seima fell in love with Itsumi is something I've seen in other romance mangas, both straight and gay, but it's not a negative. Overall, a very enjoyable read.

A very sweet story with two equally sweet love interests. The conflict is a little cliche, but it works. I know this is yaoi and therefore, sex is usually included, but it seemed unnecessary and rushed in this particular story. Other than that, it was a great read. Would definitely recommend.
