?I am laughing so much while reading this. It is a really cute and funny shoujo romco ?

I was expecting just a cute story, but it's turning out to be quite comedic, with just the tiniest bit of tension and drama. The pacing is done incredibly well and if you like a cute, slow burn friendship style "romance" between the main character, Botan, and her love interest, Koganei Shoma, than I would recommend giving this a read. The comedy is top tier and well played throughout the series and Nozaki, Botan's butler, is the perfect comedy relief/older brother figure to tie everything together. This comic has a healthy ratio of using tropes to its advantage and also subverting tropes so it doesn't get too predicable and stays fresh. Even with all the foiled plots, you still want to see Botan and Shoma have a happy ending in their own way and Botan is honestly just adorable. She reads less childish, in my opinion, and as girl who had just been far, far too sheltered in her life, hence that's why she comes off as clueless as she does.

Really enjoying the story so far. It's very cute. Waiting for the next chapter to come out. Not sure how long the updates take.

ML who would prefer to both stay gainfully employed and avoid prison - but life's just not that easy for a man who caught the wrong girl's eye.An all-time favorite for me. I ended up hunting down the rest of the books in Japanese because they hadn't been translated to English (so be forewarned on that point) and it was so addictive that I absolutely had to finish it. I really hope someone eventually translates the rest, because I would absolutely buy it all again to have it complete in English.
