Now that it's complete, I can say that this really shaped up for disappointment. Which is a real shame. There was some conflict early on, which was promising, but fizzled out early and the final chapter was closing things off hurriedly with a deus ex machina to fix everything. The artwork is gorgeous, as you'd expect, but the storyline is just so poor that it makes it a very unsatisfying read. I appreciate all the hard work that went into this, but it's disappointing to say that it's sadly not worth it. This really needed a longer run, maybe around 10 chapters, to have given the story and conflict that this setting deserved. I'd say that this is for hard-core fans of the genre with a tall FMC, but even they may find it lacking.3 stars is all I can give out of fairness, anything more just wouldn't be right.

Only one chapter in, but this is shaping up to be a good shoujo read. Only the FL lead introduced in this chapter, along with her backstory (the cheating fiancee trope), and introductions to the other MCs. FL is your typical fish-out-of-water character who doesn't fit the typical dainty, pretty model of aristocrat. Can't wait to see where the story goes - definite purchase recommend for fans of this story-type.
