Unexpectedly good! I was actually really into the plot, and overall it felt well-written. The dynamic between the two leads is funny and endearing, and sufficient time was given to develop it. The tone stays light-hearted because the story doesn't linger on plot points that could have been wrung out for drama (but it also doesn't over-idealize the characters' situations, so it doesn't feel exploitative or too out-of-touch with reality). Overall I'd highly recommend it to people who don't mind plot.
