Now that it's complete, I can say that this really shaped up for disappointment. Which is a real shame. There was some conflict early on, which was promising, but fizzled out early and the final chapter was closing things off hurriedly with a deus ex machina to fix everything. The artwork is gorgeous, as you'd expect, but the storyline is just so poor that it makes it a very unsatisfying read. I appreciate all the hard work that went into this, but it's disappointing to say that it's sadly not worth it. This really needed a longer run, maybe around 10 chapters, to have given the story and conflict that this setting deserved. I'd say that this is for hard-core fans of the genre with a tall FMC, but even they may find it lacking.3 stars is all I can give out of fairness, anything more just wouldn't be right.

This is a fantastic, underrated title. There's few manga with the FMC taller than the MMC, but this features that and gives proper motivations for the characters that are reasonable or somewhat expected, even down to how they view life and how their perceptions can be unexpectedly made to change. The funniest thing is a spoiler, but does allude to the title. But is a recurring theme that isn't overused. Seriously recommended and well worth picking up. I'm not even a romance fan, but glad I gave this a chance.

I really hope this title gets it's proper conclusion, it's been a fantastic ride and knowing how it ends is sorely needed.

This is actually a really touching and well written manga about childhood friends getting to reconnect again. There's a lot of sex, which isn't forced, but really encapsulates their original hidden feelings. The title might put you off, but you'll be missing out on an excellent and very well illustrated story.Highly recommended.
