In this town, humans live alongside human-animal hybrids (half-beasts).
Surrounded by harsh wilderness where giant worms roam, the townspeople have made the worms their staple food source.
Sakutaro, a half-beast and the town's best worm hunter, is in love with the only doctor in town, Kyohei Manae.
Sakutaro dreams of the day his heat will come, and he and his doc will be able to pair bond.
One day, thinking that if he just matures a little, Kyohei might look his way, Sakutaro decides to play with himself. He then gets so big and hard, he's at a loss for what to do next, and begs Kyohei for help!!
