Nishiki Yamato (20), a virgin and college student, collapses on the side of the road after suffering severe pain in his lower abdomen. When he ends up diagnosed with ureteral stones, a procedure similar to sounding may be necessary to dilate his urethra. He doesn't want a tube shoved in his dick, but Dr. Ohtani is there to help―in more ways than one.
