I was pulled in by the synopsis. The story sounded good and I was in the mood for a juicy trashy forbidden love story. I don't think there was a mystery here but it was definitely a DARK read, definitely bittersweet. I believe it is complete. Left me emotional and on the verge of tears just with all the horrible things happening to Seika. In the beginning it was a bit confusing the transitions between present and past. 2 or 3 spelling mistakes where like a letter was missing from a word. I think the ending was kind of confusing/ambiguous? I am not sure if it's a happy one or a tragic one, regarding the veritas of the antidote. They are together in the final scene but it needs more.3 stars as I don't regret my purchase. And I would recommend others to read this too (but mostly because I would like someone else to discuss the ending with)
