If you're looking for a poignant love story, this will suit you. The art is good and the story is better. Or female lead is far more complex than the average manga heroine. She's got some pain and insecurity stemming from an injury which stalled her dance career, but she's not insecure about her worth as a person. She has a hard time seeing that while she can't contribute to the art world as a dancer she still makes a personal impact in the artistic world, and not just as a body. Her relationship with the male lead gives her validation not only as a muse, but as a woman who expresses herself and her story to the world. It's not particularly smutty as the focus is on emotional growth, but it's a great read.
