The art is very nice, but the author unfortunately fails to turn around the very uncomfortable story. The female lead is heavily in debt and is ?bought“ by the male lead as his ?princess“ from the debt collectors, preventing her from forced prostitution. What she gains instead is the obligation to sleep with only this person, several times a day, until she passes out from exhaustion.The first time seems very painful and uncomfortable, not to mention the highly dubious consent in play. And in the 11 chapters after, unfortunately nothing much changes. Female lead still sleeps with him because he bought her and she thinks she has no right to refuse while slowly falling for him because at some point all she can think of is his aroused face during sex. The relationship feels very toxic throughout the whole series until the end. If you are looking for a passionate and ?believable“ dubcon-to-romance, this is unfortunately not it.
