I love political stories like this that you can tell the author has a deep understanding on what it was actually like to be a woman in high position. I love the main character and how crafty she is. Very good read and i hightly recommend to anyone who loves a indepth main character.

So far this has been a highly enjoyable read. The FL ticks a ton of my boxes for preferred traits, the ML seems great. I get golden retriever vibes from him. The plot isn't just the same rehashed stuff over and over. Yes, it does have the "returner"/second chance trope going on but it's a well done take on it. Overall I'm really looking forward to it continuing so I can see the ending!
