The atmosphere is pretty on-brand for this author, if you've read their other work; there's kind of a general lighthearted air. It wasn't bad but the deeper parts fell flat for me, they seemed a little too silly to take seriously. Some seriously nasty dirty talk, if you're into that.

I didn't expect to like this so much, but it was really good. It was very lighthearted and the relationship between the characters was very natural and sweet. It doesn't get too deep or heavy, but also never gets boring; it's a perfect single volume read.

I ended up reading this because the guy was really my type, and the art is good. The artist worked hard with the muscles. The story fell flat for me, though. It's a pretty average, predictable smut plot, in my opinion, so while I don't mind reading a few chapters I can't see myself sticking it out for the long run.

I loved how fun and original this premise was, though the last chapter seemed to come very suddenly. It was a cute story, but I never really liked the male lead at all? He's kind of a jerk and I don't think they were really compatible to begin with.
