I was kind of hoping for more substance with this one but it ended up being just a lot of sex scenes (which were good don't get me wrong) tied together loosely with a plot.

I have to agree with everyone else in that the worldbuilding is incredible! I found myself getting lost in the world and forgetting that this was technically a BL novel which is fine! The plot is definitely a slow burn but it works well here because it allows you to see the true depth of the characters and Master Lee is deeeeepppppp. A very worthwhile read for those who want a full on story and pretty much no smut. Without giving away spoilers it does touch on a lot of social issues too and identity/self which I found refreshing in a BL novel. Highly recommend!

Whoa buddy this one was like a cuteness bomb! There was so much talk about consent and boundaries I was almost moved to respectful tears. Dont worry there is plenty of smut too but its completely consensual! The romance builds very naturally and you cant help but root for them. Youll love this, its a simple stort but a heartfelt one

This is a tough one to review. On the one hand the story is pretty minimal and the main characters have zero chemistry/real conversations. They kind of just bang it out and that's that. On the other hand though the sex scenes are *really* good and hot as heck! Like oh my god. Im still a little shook. So thus it lands somewhere in the middle. No romance, just sex but damn good sex.

This one was really cute! A bit of a slow burn and only a pinch of smut but the relationahip builds very nicely and doesn't feel forced. All in all a good light read!

Its a slightly different childhood friend story and I do appreciate the author's take which surprised me. And it certainly was hot and steamy. But sadly absolutely none of the characters appealed to me. The love interest is, to me, blatantly unlikable. So unlikable and mean that it made it hard for me to believe the main character (who is an emotional dummy) would ever stick around him. A person with any sense wouldnt touch this man with a 10ft pole as he has no redeeming qualities apart from being good and available for seggs. Again its hot and all but if I hadnt got them all at once I wouldnt have bothered finishing it
