I like the story. i would be reading this story over and over again. I am glad that they ended up together. There are secrets that sometimes a person will personally think that it's better to keep quiet and lie about it, so it will not cause a burden or a problem. But it's not good to lie. It is better to be honest but some times honesty can hurt but most of the times it brings positive result or outcome.

For me this story is kinda stupid one. The title is referring to the single midwife that is true. That is Bella she is Sublette and a midwife. And maternity 2? Why maternity 2 Bella was not even pregnant but her sister Abby. The story is all scattered and makes no sense.

Love the story. It is different from most of the story plot I read. I highly recommend it. I like this kind of story. The hero and heroine are so handsome and beautifully drawn. Art is excellent.
