This is one of the most innocent and precious friends to lovers stories I've ever read. Jiro is a sweet, honest, and direct, but cautious guy who wants to be accepted for who he is but is afraid to get too close to those around him. Enter Mitsuru - an adorable but pessimistic boy who has isolated himself due to fear of being outed. When Jiro stumbles onto Mitsuru's secret he's excited to finally have someone to connect with. I loved watching how their relationship developed and how that bond expanded their world. If you're looking for a detox from your average BL - this might just be your next comfort read.

This was really cute. It's been a while since I read something this innocent and refreshing. These two are so adorkable. Loved it!

Extremely cute friends-to-lovers BL. I really loved the development of their relationship, and it made me so happy to see them bond over the shared experience of being gay as friends. My only real complaint is the ending felt a little too sudden. There's likely an extra that wasn't translated but it feels like we should've gotten one to at least get a glimpse of their dating life :(
