This mangaka is known for her high doses of angst and unfaithful lovers. I usually avoid this type of storyline, but she does angst so well!!! I'm pulling my hair out screaming

This is not what I was expecting at all! I know love knows no bounds and gender is fluid, but umm this takes kissing cousins to a whole other level. Emi and Kiichi are really cute together and get along like two peas in a pod, but what in the world? How are they going to go from drunken make out session for comfort to awkwardly uncomfortable morning after to a romantic couple? Art is good and I like the characters, but unsure about how this is all going to go down.

I wasn't so sure about this in the beginning because I was quick to judge Leon just like Bea did. But he was always faithful and loyal when it came to Bea and her well being. That's what I always look for in my romance story and this delivered. Art is gorgeous and the story is pretty good with a lot of romance!

This was just ok. For being harlequin it isn't all that heart pounding or romantic. I didn't really feel like I got to understand either Devon or Sarah. There was way too much drama, from Sarah's overbearing boss, her annoyingly flighty sister, her grandmother's health and fighting her attraction to Devon. It was too much! And too little swoon until the very end. Not my favorite story.

This was actually pretty good. The art isn't super clean to look at, but it's still nice and flows well with the story. The characters are likable and I liked their interactions with one another. I thought I would find the h annoying for sneaking away to spend some time in the countryside unbeknownst to her tutor, kinda a brat thing to do. But I didn't. They were cute together and I liked the switch of personality the tutor had towards the end. Wowza!

This was some cute and fluffy goodness. I loved the first two stories and the third one was just ok. Not a lot of character depth or story driven plot going on, just some angsty will he, won't he vibes. It's not original whatsoever, but it's quick and sweet and still oddly satisfying.

This was cute, but I feel like I've read something very similar on this site before. I'm always a sucker for childhood friends to lovers trope and this had it plus an age gap. The art is good, kinda fluffy shojo type which went great with this super sweet story. This girl was so gung-ho about this guy that I feel that he couldn't help but fall in love with her.

I thought this was so cute and pretty relatable. The h is scared of going outside her comfort zone, because she doesn't think she could be anyone else. But thanks to her ancestor coming back to give her some pointers, she gets more than she bargained for. Really liked the message that you can change your appearance, but you still need to stay true to yourself. Otherwise it doesn't feel as genuine. Taking a star off because the art isn't "wow" and the English translation is pretty rough at places. But the story is good and I really loved her HFN.

This is totally worth the $$$! The art is great, all of the characters (main and secondary) are likable and funny and the story is good too. Loved Minami and Makato so much! I'm always a huge fan of aggressive bottoms who have hearts of gold, so Minami won a place in my heart. And Makato was such a nice, dependable hardworking family guy that you can't help but root for him too. This was seriously funny and also really hot, like whoa! So good! Tetsu, Minami's subordinate was a hoot and loved all of his screen time as well. I thought there was going to be another side story featuring the two guys from the drawing near the table of contents too, but I guess that was just used as a filler? Bummer cuz that seemed like it would have been a good one. I really loved this manga and glad I bought it. It's cute, sweet, funny, hot as hell and touching! And it's totally re-readable! Get it!

I didn't like this. The art is pretty, but this story lacks any substance. The characters had a lot of horrible things happen to them, but I feel like the author used that to make it seem like these characters were strong and capable individuals. I guess I could look at it that way, but it fell short nonetheless. It's harlequin, so everything is overdramatic and overdrawn and happens so quickly and that's what makes for good fantasy, but seriously I hated both characters. Damien was an @$$hat and the lead female (so boring I already forgot her name) falls in lust with him and after one time is in love with him? PULEASE! She was too weak, even for romance novel status. He can't forget her, but he still fools around with other women, gross! Not romantic at all. Why can't these guys be better written? Is philandering men used to make it appear more realistic? If this is a romance (adult women fantasy time), then make the leading men more swoon worthy! Sorry, I'm done ranting.
