Case's Reviews & Ratings
The art alone is worth it, but the plot is compelling and the writing is excellent. This is my favorite work on this platform. Obsessive seme, with scary patience and intelligence sets a snare for the troubled, but driven yuke, who resists not because he isn't into it but because he knows that once he does give in, there is no turning back. The sex scenes are super hot. I love it when the characters are actually men, and not thinly veiled hetero relationships with drawn-in cocks.
Hot top x top, with great art and enough plot to be interesting. The story was unique enough to be memorable. I like it when the characters have personality. If emotional and horny men are your jam, it's a good read.
The artwork is top notch. The translation or writing is not. It's tough to understand who is speaking and the story flow is strange. I purchased the first series/6 episodes and then quit.
I already loved this artist and author from their other title, My Sweet, Husky Daddy, and this one was just as good. The artist is incredibly skilled at drawing different expressions, and I adore how passionate and turned on the participants are. The story is cute, if not totally generic within the genre of manga artist and manager, and yet the art style and pacing add depth.
The art is good, and the story is ok…but its all deception and lies. There is no science or speculative fiction, so don't be swayed by the words testing, robot or sheep. One character uses his own trauma as an excuse to pay others for nonconsensual sex under the guise of “testing technology”. I certainly was confused as I was reading it why there were so many five star reviews.
The art is great, but the censorship is invasive enough to be distracting. The writing is basic, the speech bubbles are confusing, and the plot is thin. It's just interesting enough to be disappointing. If you're starving for deranged seme/spoiled uke, this is a low-calorie snack.
I wanted this to be better. It was on my wish list for a while and kept checking on it, rereading the preview. I like age gap or older men, so the preview had me interested. Bought it, and both ML flip personalities after the preview ends. The art is busy and I found the story basic and common. It wasn't bad, but it didn't live up to my expectations. I'd caution making a decision based on the preview and buy if you like generic yaoi with an older man in the mix.
Something about taking about your artistic practice while you stare down and seduce your lover and partner in creative/crime... Delicious. This comic is delicious. I really like the art and personality mix. Its a little rushed, but the plot carries the speed well.
The art is lovely. The story is boring and trite. I am moved to comment because the other reviews mentioned the story being wholesome and original. It is a 1-dimensional plot to encase the sexual content. None of the characters have any development, and unless it is a case of bad translation, the story is poorly scripted and simple. It is typical for the genre and if you're looking for a longer story with lovely art (except in the densely textured sex scenes which included non-consensual and otherwise repetitively, intense but boring sex that reinforced stereotypes within the genre), you found your smut. But is it a masterpiece? Gosh no. I bought both books (all episodes) on a whim, trusting the repeated 5-star rating and regretted it. My review comes after reading the entire available series.
One dimensional. First ep spoiler: Upset with his neighbour for noise, he barges in, sexually assaults this neighbour (no prep, no lube, just revenge) and then blackmails him. I was perplexed by the likes and am glad I only rented the first comic.
