This was an excellent vampire story. Loved the concept and the way it was fleshed out. The plot is pretty minuscule, not gonna lie, but the two characters were a great match. The art was also great, with the exception of a few panels that weren't my fave, but nevertheless, I loved the character designs and the fashion!

Strongly recommend. This had just enough plot to keep the love story moving along for a single volume like this. I loved the dynamic, and I appreciate the backstory, and the element of the "love bug" was cute. This isn't a heartwarming story but it's not a terrifying Yakuza one either. Well-balanced.

This seemed like two stories packed into one: 1) Wholesome age gap farming story; 2) Crime, cop, violent story. This combo didn't really work for me, but it was an easy enough read that I made it through to the end. Definitely a rent, not a buy.

This was a great dose of angst and sweetness. I loved the way the vampire lore included classic and new elements. There was a little bit of a side plot that wasn't seen all the way through, but I didn't mind, because it took a turn that was bittersweet. All in all, this is about love and soulmates.

This had potential as a captivity manga, but to be honest, the angst was so rushed, I didn't even feel it. The artwork was too fluffy of a style to match the content. Perhaps if this was twice the length, the delivery would have been smoother.

I absolutely love this series. Despite some translation difficulties, the storyline is completely immersive, and the balance between romance and action is perfect. The artwork is absolutely stunning. There is more than one pairing, and I found myself being a fan of the side pairings more than the main, but each love story is full of angst, passion, and intrigue. If you love Heaven Official's Blessing, this is definitely a good one for you!

Absolutely adore this story, from the artwork to the fantasy world to the romance. I'm leaving a review to clarify confusion around whether this story ended in the first chapter. It has not ended! I have been previously purchasing this by chapter (but it seems to have been discontinued in that format on Manga Renta), and this amazing story is not finished yet! While I hadn't reached the end by purchasing chapters, I know for a fact that the manga goes beyond this first volume. I hope this is updated soon with the whole story by volume, as this is one of my absolute favorites.

This is my favorite one volume BL on Renta. It is heartbreaking, but with each new read, I learn more about the characters' motivations and subtle feelings. The eloquence of the dialogue, the beautiful artwork, the complex narrative -- I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

I enjoyed this story. It starts with a short story that is not what is described in the summary. While this volume starts with humor, it gets more serious as the story goes on.

I adored this story. The fantasy element was intriguing and the romance was a bit of a slow burn. My only concern is that some off the translations created confusion that didn't need to be there. Overall, I'm happy I purchased this and recommend it.
